Are You a Broker?

Theta Futures is a Guaranteed Introducing Broker that is registered with the National Futures Association. Your funds are held in a segregated account with Ironbeam Inc which is a registered FCM with the CFTC and the National Futures Association. Ironbeam Inc uses BMO Harris Bank N.A. and MB Financial Inc. as their bank depository.

How Do I Open An Account?

Click here to start an online application. Account approval can take up to 24 to 48 hours once all required documents are received.

What Type Of Account Can I Open?

The most common account types are Individual or a Joint account. Alternatively, you have the option to open Corporate, LLC, Trust, Partnership, or Retirement accounts.

What Is The Minimum Account Balance To Open An Account?

Theta Futures does not have a minimum balance to open an account. However, you will want to consider the exchange margin requirements for the products you will be trading. Please contact info@thetafutures.com for any additional questions.

How Can I Deposit Funds?

Deposits can be made by either wire transfer, ACH deposit, or by mailing a check. Please email Info@thetafutures.com for funding instructions.

What Is The Difference Between An ACH Transfer vs. Wire Transfer?

Bank wire transfers are typically the fastest transfer method. Funds are normally received within 24-48 hours. However, you will need contact your bank to initiate the wire transfer. You will provide your bank with the following instructions. Click Here.

An ACH deposit can be submitted by logging into your Theta Futures Online Account Portal. ACH deposits cannot be processed by NON-US banks. Please note, ACH deposits can take up to 5 business days to clear.

How Do I Withdraw My Funds?

You can submit your withdrawal requests in the Theta Futures Online Account Portal. You may receive your funds by wire transfer or via check which is mailed to your address on file.

How Do I Place a Trade?

You may place trades on the desktop, web, or mobile version of our preferred trading software (Firetip X).

  • Desktop software is supported on Windows and Mac.
  • Web trading is supported on Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
  • Mobile applications are available for Android and iPhone devices.

Do You Have a Trade Desk That Can Place Trades For Me?

Yes, we have a 24 hour trade desk that is available from Sunday 5:00PM CT – Friday 4:00PM CT.
